Helen Cain

I have worked for local government as a registered manager in Adult Care for just under 17 years.  

During that time I have seen many changes in the social care system all moving in a positive direction. Staying independent in your own home is what we all want and deserve and I’m hoping with my diverse social care experience together we can achieve this. 

I have a clear passionate vision to provide the very best quality care and support to individuals in their own home, with warmth, dignity and kindness but most importantly with a smile.

In my spare time I enjoy the great outdoors walking with my dogs in Derbyshire. I enjoy meditating and relaxation exercises and believe that every day is a new day and there’s always something new and exciting to learn. Laughter is my best medicine
